These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Botiq - Plant Care Tracker mobile application (referred to as the "App" or "Botiq"), website, and related services (collectively, the "Platform") owned and operated by Danuk Studio ("we," "our," "us," or "Developer"). 1. Acceptance of Sanctuary Norms
By creating an account or utilizing any aspect of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease all use of the Sanctuary.
2. Curator Identity & Security
2.1 Eligibility
Access to Botiq is reserved for individuals who can form legally binding contracts. By using the Platform, you represent that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction.
2.2 Account Responsibility
Your sanctuary is secured via Google Authentication. You are solely responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your session tokens and credentials.
- All activities that occur under your curator profile.
- Immediately notifying Botiq of any unauthorized security breach.
3. Specimen Intelligence & Disclaimers
3.1 Experimental Nature
Botiq provides diagnostic suggestions, solar forecasts, and care rituals based on algorithmic botanical logic. These features are provided for **consultative purposes only**.
3.2 Biological Outcome Disclaimer
The health and survival of your botanical collection depend on variables beyond the Platform's control (e.g., environmental shifts, soil quality, physical care). **Botiq expressly disclaims all liability for the biological failure, disease, or death of any specimen managed through the Platform.**
3.3 AI & Data Accuracy
While our algorithms strive for executive precision, we do not warrant that the care suggestions are accurate, complete, or suitable for every specific sub-species or localized habitat.
4. Intellectual Property
The "Botiq" name, logo, executive aesthetic (including but not limited to glass-morphism designs), and all proprietary algorithms are the exclusive property of Botiq. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to utilize these services for personal, non-commercial botanical curation.
5. Prohibited Conduct
Curators shall not:
- Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of Botiq's intelligence engines.
- Utilize the platform to track or manage illegal or restricted biological substances.
- Interfere with the security or integrity of the Digital Sanctuary.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Botiq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of specimen data or emotional distress regarding biological outcomes.
7. Sanctuary Modifications
Botiq reserves the right to evolve the Platform's features, aesthetic, and these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Sanctuary after such shifts constitutes acceptance of the updated framework.
